Tikona simplifies Bill Payment with In-person collection

With our redesigned Selfcare Portal – ‘My Tikona’ , we have introduced a host of new functionalities for our existing subscribers. Amongst which the most talked about is In-person collection; wherein you can now request a Tikona representative to collect bill amount from the comfort of your home.

Here is how to request for in-person collection –

Step 1 – Login to My-Tikona
Visit the My-Tikona Link and enter your User ID & Password

Step 2 – Access  In-Person collection
On the drop down menu click on ‘Requests’ -> ‘In-person Collection’

Step 3 – Enter the amount to be collected
The default option here is ‘Billed Outstanding’ where in the last billed amount would be auto populated. If you want to make payment of any other amount apart, do select second option of ‘Other Amount’ and enter the amount in the box below.

On clicking ‘Submit’ you will receive an SMS with details of the Tikona’s authorized executive allotted to collect the payment.
