If you are a Tikona subscriber you can change your plan by following the steps below -

• Call up Tikona care @ 1-800-20-94276 and speak to our executive
                                                  OR
Write to us at customercare@tikona.in (you will receive a call from our executive on your registered number within 24 hrs)

• Our executive will guide you on the best plan as per your needs.

Important note –

1. Do not wait for your bill cycle date to select the right plan. We are completely flexible about the plan change date – It can be done in real time or scheduled for the new bill cycle start date.

2. If you are moving to a higher rental plan, you need to clear the earlier outstanding, if any. If for some reasons you are moving to a lower plan, our executive will check for current credit in your Tikona account before applying the rate plan change.
